Real estate has been a part of Michele NeSmith's life for as long as she can remember. The daughter of a Florida real estate developer, Michele fell in love with real estate when she spent summers working on her father's projects. After earning her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, Michele was a global advisor with the Brentwood brokerage of Sotheby's International Realty®.
In 2009, Michele moved back to her home state of Florida and is now a proud member of Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Downtown Sarasota office. Michele has lived all over Florida but is a Sarasota super fan. A self-proclaimed foodie and mother of two, she knows all the best restaurants, neighborhoods, schools, country clubs and venues to entertain the whole family.
In addition to her degree from UCLA, Michele also earned a master's degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Her education and experience in the field of psychology give her an edge in the art of negotiations. Michele's customers have included television personalities, C-level executives and investors. Working with high-profile clientele or first-time homebuyers, Michele always provides the highest level of service and discretion.
Michele has extensive experience helping customers purchase real estate in Qualified Opportunity Zones so that they can temporarily defer tax on eligible gains. Michele is currently a part-time consultant for Miller Value Partners, an investment management firm.

In her free time, Michele is boating in the Sarasota sun with her loving husband of 11 years and adorable boys ages 5 and 8.
